and it’s Universal Studios – Take 2!

Off to Universal Studios again today where we re-did the rides we really liked including Jurassic Park, the Mummy, the Simpsons and the Waterworld show. Everyone was very impressed with Universal Studios as an entertainment park, and especially impressed with the ‘misting fans’ which are just the perfect place to cool off from the warm weather. We stayed to about 4pm and then drove about 1hr to Anaheim to our next hotel (Ramada Maingate) which was just about directly across from the entry to Disneyland. After checking in we went for a quick swim and then had dinner at Tony Romas enjoying many many ribs and a nice cool beer… our table was outside which was perfectly placed to watch the Disney fireworks display as we enjoyed the balmy weather.
